Refund Policy

Due to the personal and consumable nature of our Ayurvedic products, all purchases are final.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Allergic reactions

  • Used or opened products

2. No Refunds

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, no refunds will be issued.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

The only exception to this policy:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during transit

To claim this exception, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Keep the unused product and packaging

We will assist with an exchange or replacement if verified.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.
